When you complete the property listing and sale, you will receive a commission of 69% to 87.8% of the service fee.
When you recruit 3 people at the first level, following the same pace, you will have 243 people by the fifth level. Similarly, if you recruit 5 people at the first level, by the fifth level, you will have 3125 people. This is the magic of multi-level marketing!
IAD's multi-level sales system:
When your first-level agents sell a property, you will receive 7% of the commission.
When your second-level agents sell a property, you will receive 3% of the commission.
When your third-level agents sell a property, you will receive 1.5% of the commission.
When your fourth-level agents sell a property, you will receive 0.5% of the commission.
When your fifth-level agents sell a property, you will receive 0.2% of the commission.
Participation cost:
The annual fee is around £2,650 to £2,750. This includes: a monthly IAD package at £125 (paid monthly), along with related insurance (paid monthly), and government regulatory fees totaling about £1,000.
